Session 2

Someone is searching for Alice, but we don’t know what or why.

We first go through Stoneslope to get to Riverbend. Both towns are southwest of Vorovni.

The guards there are a little skeptical of the party, but we calm them down and ask about Cricket. We talk to cricket who is kind of a crazy coot. He tells us that he heard people just scream then stop screaming. No struggle. This happened slowly, not all at once.

We stop at the Tavern Inn Pub Thing (theatre, restaurant, bar, etc.) Aurelius gets money from the guy at the pub for his pyramid scheme (details to be determined).

We get to Rivbend at nightfall, Rina sees some movement in the town. She sends Khoshekh

in to see if they are normal. It seems there are robbers looting the place. Kin begins a confrontation with them, and they attack. Rina gets between them and takes out the leader with infestation - looks like green butterfly-Bat hybrids. One of the other guys calls her an “elf bitch” in the middle of battle.

It gets really cold, and a weird creature shows up. It Looks like an amalgamation of multiple human bodies. We fight it. It could bring the dead back to life to use against us.

In the middle of the fight, Rina’s magic is ripped away - feels like soul is being torn apart. Immediately after, it’s replaced with an icy power instead of the green fire of before.

Her eldritch blast is a giant icicle and defeats it.

They begin to leave and an army of shadows start to chase them.
